To the rear of the house is a spacious deck and a big granite patio. Both have been constructed quite recently and only need a light clean to remove green algae which had become a bit slippery.
Unfortunately the concrete drive to the front of building was rather worse for wear, and needed a good sorting before the estate agent comes around to take photographs.
